What this page is for
If somebody has given you a Pacific Coast Flyers gift certificate, this is where you turn it into credit on your club account. The credit always goes to your own account. You cannot redeem a certificate onto somebody else’s, and the page does not offer the option — it uses the account you are signed in to. If you want to give a certificate to another member, hand them the certificate itself and let them redeem it.What you need

- Enter the certificate number.
- Submit the form.
Where the credit lands, and how to check
The credit goes onto your account in the club’s operations system as a credit against your balance. It does not appear anywhere on this website — your balance lives in the operations system, not here. To confirm it worked, sign in to my.schedulemaster.com and look at your account balance. A certificate covers aircraft rental, monthly dues and club purchases. It does not cover flight instruction or application fees and deposits. See Gift certificates for the full terms.Troubleshooting
The certificate number is not accepted. Check it character by character against the certificate — a transcription slip is much the most common cause. If it still fails, do not keep retrying; contact the club with the number and where you got it. It says the certificate has already been redeemed. Certificates can be redeemed once. If you have not redeemed it, somebody else may have — a certificate is transferable and anybody holding it can use it. Contact the club, which can see when and against which account it was used. You redeemed it but your balance has not changed. Check in the operations system rather than here. If it is genuinely missing, contact the club with the certificate number. You redeemed it against the wrong account. You cannot — the page only ever credits the account you are signed in to. If credit has landed somewhere unexpected, contact the club. You have lost the certificate. Contact the club. Give the name it was bought for and roughly when; it can be looked up.Related
