What this page is for

Your profile is the club’s view of you in one place: whether you are current to fly, what the club holds on record, what you have sent in recently, and what you have booked. It is where you land after signing in. It is a read-only view of your club record. Almost nothing here is edited on the website — see Changing what is on this page.

What you see

Member Information

Four cards:
Aviation Currency is the part most members come here for. If an item shows as expired or close to it, you may not be able to book. The club updates these from the paperwork you send in, so if you have flown a review and this has not caught up, check your documents first — the document may still be waiting for review.

Documents on File

The five most recent documents you have sent the club, newest first, with type, filename, size, upload date and status. Click any row to open it.
  • A blue Note badge means an administrator has left you a note on that document. Open the document to read it.
  • A Delete Date column appears when the club is running automatic deletion of reviewed documents. See Your documents.
  • The footer links to the full list — View all N documents when you have more than five, or Upload a document when you have none.

Schedules

Your Upcoming Reservations and Recent Flights, with a date-range picker covering up to a year either way. This section is live. Unlike everything else on the page, it asks the club’s operations system for your bookings each time you open it or change the dates — so it is always current. See How it works.

Changing what is on this page

Most of your profile comes from the club’s operations system and is read at the moment you sign in. Two consequences:
  • To correct your address, phone or email, change it in the operations system, not here.
  • The change appears on this page at your next sign-in, not immediately. If you have updated something and this page still shows the old value, sign out and back in.
Your certificates, ratings and currency dates are maintained by the club from the documents you submit. You cannot edit them yourself, and neither can the club until the paperwork arrives — send it in.

If you are on the Board of Directors

Directors get two extra controls on their own profile:
  • Your photograph — upload one and crop it. This is the picture that appears in the Board of Directors listing on the club website.
  • Your biography — a short piece in your own words, shown alongside your photograph.
Your board title is shown but not editable; it is set by a club administrator. These appear only for current directors. If you have joined the board and do not see them, sign out and back in.

Troubleshooting

Your currency shows expired but you know it is not. The club updates currency from the documents you send. Check your documents — if the relevant one is still Pending Review, it has not reached your record yet. If it shows Approved and your currency is still wrong, contact the club. Your address or phone is wrong. Correct it in the club’s operations system, then sign out and back in. The Schedules section is empty. Widen the date range first — nothing may fall inside the current window. If you have bookings you can see in the operations system and they are not here, contact the club. A document you uploaded is not in Documents on File. That panel shows only the five most recent. Use View all to see the rest. You are a director but see no photograph or biography controls. Sign out and sign back in — board access is worked out at sign-in.
