Who this is for: Anyone who has received an email from Pacific Coast Flyers and wants to know what it is.

How to use this page

This is a look-up list, not an explanation. Find the email you received, see what triggered it and whether you need to do anything, and follow the link for the detail. All of them are listed — including ones sent by an administrator rather than by something you did, because you receive those the same way.
Every genuine email from the club comes from a @pcflyers.org address and asks you to sign in at www.pcflyers.org or my.schedulemaster.com — never anywhere else. Nobody from the club will ever email you asking for your password. If something looks wrong, do not click it; contact the club.

Emails you will not receive

Two of the club’s automatic emails go to the club rather than to a member. They are listed so this page is complete rather than mysteriously short.

If an email has not arrived

  1. Check your spam folder. This is the answer most of the time.
  2. Check which address the club has for you. Everything here goes to the address on your club record, which may not be the one you use day to day. The Contact Information card on your profile shows it.
  3. Remember your profile is a snapshot. If you changed your address recently, sign out and back in before trusting what you see. See How it works.
  4. Then ask. Contact the club — most of these can be re-sent.
